    Refunds

    For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Refund of return shipping is not available for this.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    You must not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw ceases when you break the seal.

    Return & Refund Policy for “Buy One, Get One” Offer on Brush

    At Scandinaviansmiles, we strive to offer a first-class shopping experience. Below are the terms for our “Buy One, Get One” offer:

    • Validity: The offer applies only to purchases of Brush, as specified in our marketing materials and on our website.
    • Product selection: Add one Brush to your order—the second unit will be included by our staff automatically.
    • Validity period: The offer is valid during the period indicated in our campaigns and marketing materials.
    • Refund policy: If one or both products are returned, only the purchased product will be refunded at the original price. The free product is a bonus and is not refunded.

    The offer is valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to change or terminate it at any time without notice. For questions regarding this offer, our customer service team is happy to help.

    Returns (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification. We issue a refund only after the product is received and confirmed unused and in saleable condition. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

    Estimated timeline for refunds

    We aim to process approved refunds within 72 hours of confirming your returned item. The appearance of funds in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may vary.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your card issuer—posting a refund can take some time.
    • Contact your bank—processing times may apply.
    • If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach us via the contact form.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email using our contact form.

    Satisfaction guarantee

    To utilize the guarantee, document your use of the purchased teeth-whitening product. If multiple products are purchased, provide separate documentation for each product. Take time-stamped photos every day for 14 days and send them to support@scandinaviansmiles.com together with your name, order number, a brief description of your process, and the reason you are not satisfied. After we receive and approve the documentation, we will process your refund.

    Shipping for returns

    You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over 750 kr, use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Terms and guidelines for returns

    • All return items must be unused, unopened, and complete with original plastic.
    • We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Ensure that all return items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
    • For items over 750 kr, send returns using a trackable, insured service; we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

    If you wish to cancel your order after your package has shipped, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.
